If you can’t attend the event, please know we cannot issue refunds because we cannot re-sell seats on short notice. Be sure that you can attend prior to purchase.

Guests are responsible for transfering tickets to someone else with the event host no later than 48 hours prior to the event if they cannot attend and re-sell/give away their tickets. Looking forward to seeing you there!

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU COME

1) NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS OR PHOTOGRAPHY/VLOGGING EQUIPMENT (DSLR-type cameras) WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AT THIS EVENT.
PHONE PICTURES ARE ALL THAT WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE RANCH AT THIS TIME. THIS IS A FUN, FAMILY-FOCUSED EVENT - NOT A COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY EVENT.
PHONES SHOULD BE MORE THAN SUFFICIENT TO CAPTURE MEMORIES. THANK YOU FOR RESPECTING THIS RULE AND UNDERSTANDING.

2) WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLOSED-TOE SHOES FOR YOUR VISIT!

3) WE HAVE A STRICT NO PETS POLICY HERE ON THE RANCH. PLEASE LEAVE PETS AT HOME FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS AND OUR ANIMALS. THERE IS NO WAY FOR US TO PREDICT HOW OUR ANIMALS WOULD REACT AROUND CERTAIN PETS AND VICE VERSA. WE WOULD HATE FOR SOMEONE TO GET HURT BECAUSE A COW GOT NERVOUS!
